USGS 每天早上发布一份基拉韦厄状态更新，每一份读起来都是一张独立的快照。读单独一份，你了解今天的状态；读一连串，你会获得更有用的东西：预测正朝哪个方向漂移，以及观测站实际上在多大程度上修订自己的数字。
这种漂移没人会专门发布，于是我们把它算出来。下方每一天下面都有一行变化，把当天的通报与前一天对比：警戒级别的移动、喷发的开始或停止，以及下一次喷发的预测窗口是往后滑、收窄还是保持不变。它全部由存档文本推导，而非来自 USGS 的另一份产品；当某份通报无法解析时，这一行宁可什么都不说，也不去猜。
一个值得留意的规律：一个每天都往后滑一天的预测窗口，说明这座火山补给的速度比模型预期的更慢。一个突然收窄好几天的窗口，通常意味着形变数据变得更确定了。这两者都不是我们的预测，只是修订本身的形状。
关于缺口的说明：有些天没有 USGS 的叙述文本。那些条目保留了它们的警戒级别，但概要文本未被采集，因此不作对比。这里概要为空，只表示我们没有当天的文本，并不代表火山当天平静。
